Yakima Writers is a website dedicated to motivating people in the Yakima Valley to write. We are committed to providing writers with advice to help hone their craft. We support writers of every level in a variety of creative writing pursuits. We focus on fiction, creative nonfiction, and poetry.
Yakima Writers offers space to post the work of local writers. Written work will be posted based on its length and quality. We do not retain any rights to your work. Rights to all works posted on this site will remain with original writer. Please see submission policies.
We are currently in the process of building a team of writers and educators who are willing to post articles about writing, as well as examples of their own writing. Check back soon for a list of our contributors.
